- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and functional goals
- Provide skilled speech-language therapy using evidence-based practices
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
- Evaluate and treat communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with nursing, rehabilitation, dietary, and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in interdisciplinary care planning
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment strategies
- Communicate patient progress and recommendations to the care team
- Promote patient safety, independence, communication, and quality of life
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Massachusetts SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- ASHA certification or eligibility preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
