- Conduct evaluations of speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and goals
- Provide skilled speech-language therapy using evidence-based practices
- Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate
- Evaluate and treat communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with nursing, rehabilitation, dietary, and other interdisciplinary team members
- Participate in care planning and communicate resident progress
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment strategies
- Promote safety, independence, communication, and quality of life
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Massachusetts SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- ASHA certification or eligibility preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
