Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a personal sales pipeline to meet targets.
- Execute territory plans to maximize lead generation and conversions.
- Own the end-to-end customer journey from qualification to closure.
- Track and report progress with clear, measurable metrics weekly.
- Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to drive value.
- Ensure accurate pipeline forecasting and data integrity in CRM.
- Contribute to a performance-driven culture by meeting or exceeding targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on go-to-market initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and industry trends.
- Proactively seek feedback and pursue professional development opportunities.
- Attend on-site client meetings and presentations with professional conduct.
- Document and summarize customer interactions for knowledge sharing.
- Proven track record in B2B sales with quota attainment.
- Own end-to-end sales cycle from lead to close.
- Strong CRM and data integrity with accurate forecasting.

- Excellent presentation and client-facing communication.
- Ability to tailor solutions to customer needs and ROI.
