SOLIDS CONTROL TECHNICIAN

Location: Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia

Job Type: Contract / Hire - W2 (NO 1099)

Schedule: 2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off

About the Role

We're hiring experienced Solids Control Technicians to join our team across Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia. This is hands-on work in the drilling fluids management space, and we need skilled professionals with proven experience operating and maintaining solids control equipment.

What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor solids control equipment including shakers, dryers, and centrifuges
• Manage dewatering systems and optimize solids recovery operations
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on all equipment
• Monitor and adjust barite recovery processes
• Maintain equipment logs and reports
• Work safely and follow all site safety protocols
• Assist with equipment setup and breakdown

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in solids control operations
• Experience with dewatering, barite recovery, and shakers/dryers
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license
• Willingness to work a 2-on/2-off rotation
• Safety-focused mindset
