SOLIDS CONTROL TECHNICIAN
Location: Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia
Job Type: Contract / Hire - W2 (NO 1099)
Schedule: 2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off
About the Role
We're hiring experienced Solids Control Technicians to join our team across Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia. This is hands-on work in the drilling fluids management space, and we need skilled professionals with proven experience operating and maintaining solids control equipment.
What You'll Do
- Operate and monitor solids control equipment including shakers, dryers, and centrifuges
- Manage dewatering systems and optimize solids recovery operations
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on all equipment
- Monitor and adjust barite recovery processes
- Maintain equipment logs and reports
- Work safely and follow all site safety protocols
- Assist with equipment setup and breakdown
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in solids control operations
- Experience with dewatering, barite recovery, and shakers/dryers
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to work a 2-on/2-off rotation
- Safety-focused mindset
