Duties
- Install, inspect, and maintain high voltage and low voltage electrical systems in solar power facilities.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to accurately perform installations and repairs.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as forklifts safely and effectively on construction sites.
- Perform fixture installation, wiring, grounding, and electrical connections for solar arrays and related infrastructure.
- Support construction activities by coordinating with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining safety standards.
- Work with LOTO, SCADA
Skills
- Strong knowledge of high voltage and low voltage electrical systems with experience in solar or commercial electrical projects.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings accurately.
- Familiarity with NEC regulations and safety procedures for electrical work at utility scale sites.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment including forklifts.
- Construction site experience with a focus on safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with the ability to troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently on-site.
