Title: Data Entry Associate
Duration: 2 Months Contract (possibility to extend up to 1 Year)
Location: 100% Remote
Working Time Zone: Eastern Time Zone
Description:
- Role is great for a recent graduate who is accustomed to research activities and data entry.
- While the role has redundant tasks of data entry, it requires great attention to detail.
- Candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid Excel and Access skills.
- Dependable to complete the project through its entirety.
Role supports the Advanced Placement Credit Policy (APCP) Data Collection Ops activities, such as:
- Update the APCP Survey data for BigFuture & AP Student site
- Data entry and validation of APCP from institutional sites
- APCP Grids for State Legislatures
- Research and update the organization's contact information; track changes
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
APCP Data Update and Validation
- Research and update the institution's contact (POC, email, URL) for policy validation; track changes
- Research institution's credit policy for each of the AP exams via web research, email, and outbound phone calls
- Generate APCP grids for State Legislatures of Public and Private institutions
Minimum Qualification:
- Attention to detail
- Accurate typing/data entry
- Web research
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time and task management skills
- Project management skills to develop a schedule to support SDP and AP Program needs
Preferred Skills:
- Microsoft Office tools, proficiency in MS Excel, experience with Pivot tables/charts strongly desired
- Experience with MS Access and/or SharePoint preferred
Education/Certifications:
- Requires a Bachelor's degree
