Duration: 6 Months Contract with potential to extend
Shift hours are office hours - our site has core hours from 09:00 to 14:00, but most people work from about 08:00 to 17:00.

Additional details:
- The plant is being commissioned and moving from a construction site to a chemical operating site.
- This is partially office and partially in the plant. The production building is approximately 500 feet from the office building. No driving between areas would be required, but walking within the site is required. As the site has active construction, we do require everyone to wear hard hats, safety toed boots, safety glasses, cut resistant gloves, and an enhanced visibility vest when traveling through the site
- This role will be field inspection/verifying production equipment and developing plans and schedules for equipment changes and updates
- This role will not be directly handling chemicals but will be responsible to ensure that changes and work planned/done are in compliance with our safety standards as well as aligned with OSHA regulations
Education & Experience:
- Associates or bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
- May require a bachelor's/master's degree in engineering and experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Experience in chemical or pharmaceutical manufacturing with Federal Drug Administration Good Manufacturing Practices policies
- Experience working within the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's Code of Federal Regulation 1910.119 covering process safety management for highly hazardous chemicals
- Understanding of life science and chemical industry manufacturing practices
- Strong organization and planning skills
- Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work with requestors to ensure that requirements are clear and deliverable
- Field inspect equipment to determine the full scope of work and materials and labor required to complete requests
- Coordinate schedule for multiple projects for several workstream leaders
- Translate engineering designs and direction ino actionable plans for site and 3rd party contractors
- Manage and maintain schedules for project execution
- Define materials needed for equipment upgrades and modifications
- Write 3rd party vendor scope of work documents including engineering design and service work
- Manage and monitor field execution of 3rd party contractor work
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand safety and quality requirements to ensure that solutions and documentation align with internal specifications and code requirements
Salary : $60 - $85
