We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk (full-time or part-time, short-term contract) to support our visa specialists with daily operations and improve overall efficiency.
No prior visa processing experience is required — paid training will be provided.
Position Details
- Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Contract
- Contract Duration: Initial 1-month contract, with the possibility of extension or transition to a longer-term role based on performance & business operationals needs.
- Location: On-site only (no remote work)
- Schedule:
- Full-time: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Part-time: Flexible hours (open to discussion)
- Training: On-site paid training
- Compensation: Bi-weekly pay based on hours worked
- Growth Opportunity: If the contract extends to one year, the role may be adjusted to a Visa Specialist position based on performance and business needs;
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update application data accurately in our system
- Assist clients with completing visa application forms
- Respond to emails and answer phone inquiries
- Print, scan, and organize application documents
- Handle incoming mail and packages
- Provide general administrative support
- Assist with document submission and pickup at the nearby Embassy
Qualifications
- Fluent in English (Mandarin is a strong plus)
- Must have valid U.S. work authorization
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Organized, punctual, and dependable
- Able to handle repetitive, detail-oriented tasks efficiently
