Job Description
The Audiologist plays a key clinical and revenue-generating role, providing comprehensive hearing evaluations, patient education, and hearing solution recommendations across multiple New York metro clinic locations. You’ll conduct assessments, diagnose hearing loss, fit/program/adjust hearing aids, and counsel patients on hearing health and treatment options using a consultative approach that drives strong outcomes and satisfaction.
This role also supports practice operations through accurate documentation, coordination with clinic staff and referral partners, and compliance with insurance billing requirements—while maintaining strong conversion rates and low return rates through effective education and follow-up. This is a full-time, structured, appointment-based environment with coverage across 2–3 clinic locations (Brooklyn / Queens / Staten Island) and avg. 6–8 new comprehensive evaluations/day follow-ups.
Education & Work Experience Requirements
- Doctor of Audiology (AuD) or equivalent audiology credential
- Licensed Audiologist in the State of New York (or eligible)
- NYS Medicaid and Medicare Credentialed
- 1 years of audiology experience
- Experience with hearing aid fittings and patient consultations
