Salary: $50k/yr - $60k/yr Residual Commission-Based Plan (2–3% of lifetime client revenue, uncapped)
Shift: Standard weekday schedule Dayshift
Weekends/Holidays: Only as needed for networking events

Job Description
The Business Development Representative will focus on expanding the company’s presence in the community, building strategic relationships, and driving new business opportunities. This in-person role requires daily face-to-face outreach and local travel to build partnerships and generate referrals. The position includes:
- Build and manage relationships with hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living communities, physicians, and other referral sources.
- Conduct educational sessions on topics such as dementia and Parkinson’s care.
- Perform client assessments and coordinate care plans with the office team.
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and community presentations.
- Follow up on leads, convert prospects into clients, and track activities in CRM.
Education & Work Experience Requirements
- Associate degree or higher.
- 2 years’ experience in healthcare, senior care, or medical sales OR background as a social worker, nurse, therapist, or other clinician ready to pivot into business development.
- Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
- High-energy, achievement-oriented, financially ambitious, and passionate about helping seniors.
- Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and flexibility for local travel and occasional early morning/evening events.
