Job Description
The Nursing Home Administrator oversees all daily operations of a 134-bed skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facility, ensuring the highest standards of resident care, compliance, and performance. This role leads department directors in nursing, therapy, dining, environmental services, and administration—driving outcomes in quality, survey readiness, financial stewardship, and staff engagement. The Administrator develops and executes systems that strengthen resident experience, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and community reputation, fostering a culture rooted in safety, excellence, and compassion.
Education & Work Experience Requirements
- Active Nursing Home Administrator license
- 5 years proven NHA leadership in skilled nursing/post-acute rehab, ideally in a building with strong survey demands and complex staffing realities.
- Demonstrated success improving CMS quality indicators/star outcomes, survey readiness, and operational KPIs.
- Strong background in budgeting, margin improvement, census strategy, and accountability systems.
