• Previous sourcing or recruiting experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results against performance metrics and service-level expectations.
• Experience sourcing for frontline, customer service, operations, administrative, or other high-volume positions preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and recruiting technologies.
