This role will partner closely with business leaders and HR teams to develop recruiting strategies, attract top talent, and drive a best-in-class candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of professional, corporate, and early-career positions.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to develop recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to identify the strongest talent for open positions.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Leverage multiple recruiting channels, including job boards, social media, professional organizations, networking events, and university partnerships.
- Create compelling job advertisements and manage candidate outreach efforts.
- Guide hiring managers through recruiting best practices, interview processes, and applicant tracking system utilization.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate recruiting documentation, candidate records, and hiring metrics.
- Participate in recruiting events, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
- Provide market intelligence and recruiting insights to support workforce planning efforts.
- 3 years of corporate recruiting experience in a high-volume or enterprise environment.
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple job families.
- Strong candidate assessment, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
- Knowledge of employment laws, compliance requirements, and recruiting best practices.
- Ability to influence and partner effectively with hiring managers and senior leadership.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
