Title - Senior Corporate Recruiter
Duration - 3-6 months
Location - Stamford, CT

A leading Fortune 100 organization is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to support enterprise hiring initiatives across multiple business functions. This role will partner closely with business leaders and HR teams to develop recruiting strategies, attract top talent, and drive a best-in-class candidate experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys owning the full recruitment lifecycle while serving as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of professional, corporate, and early-career positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to develop recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to identify the strongest talent for open positions.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Leverage multiple recruiting channels, including job boards, social media, professional organizations, networking events, and university partnerships.
  • Create compelling job advertisements and manage candidate outreach efforts.
  • Guide hiring managers through recruiting best practices, interview processes, and applicant tracking system utilization.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting documentation, candidate records, and hiring metrics.
  • Participate in recruiting events, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Provide market intelligence and recruiting insights to support workforce planning efforts.
Qualifications
  • 3 years of corporate recruiting experience in a high-volume or enterprise environment.
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple job families.
  • Strong candidate assessment, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, compliance requirements, and recruiting best practices.
  • Ability to influence and partner effectively with hiring managers and senior leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
