The HRIS Project Manager will lead and execute high-impact HR initiatives, with a primary focus on the implementation of ADP GlobalView payroll, fully integrated with Workday and UKG Dimensions. This role brings strategic oversight and subject matter expertise to guide project teams, proactively identify risks, and drive effective solutions. Additionally, the HRIS Project Manager will ensure thorough documentation of all project activities, maintaining data integrity and ensuring compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead efforts to improve data quality across HRIS integrations and HR master systems by developing and implementing data quality metrics, identifying roadblocks, and proposing effective solutions.
- Collaborate with the GBS HR Service Manager to drive data quality and security governance throughout end-to-end HR processes.
- Partner with HR IT and the HR Reporting Manager to ensure delivery of tailored dashboards and analytics for key stakeholder groups (e.g., VP of HR, HR Directors/Managers, line managers, employees).
- Manage and execute project plans for strategically important HR systems and process initiatives, with a focus on time, payroll, and administration.
- Provide strong leadership, subject matter expertise, and collaborative skills to successfully lead and deliver complex, high-impact projects.
- Ensure consistent and effective communication with all relevant stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Plan and execute strategic projects and programs in alignment with established project management methodologies and standards.
- Secure necessary resources and leverage formal tools to manage project scope, timelines, budget, risks, and changes.
- Champion the use and adoption of proven project management tools across teams and networks.
- Establish and lead cross-functional project teams and steering committees to drive project success.
- Mentor and develop team members in project management best practices and methodologies.
- Standardize and enhance project management processes and IT tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
Required skills & experiences
Education
- University degree in HR or relevant certification
Work Experience
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in US Payroll and HRIS systems.
- Previous experience leading a team or complex HR projects
Functional Competencies
- Experience working with ADP Payroll and Workday. ADP’s GlobalView payroll and UKG Dimensions is a plus.
