We’re hiring a Sales Support Specialist!
In this role, you will support our sales team with compliance coordination, reporting, and project assistance. You will ensure that all internal processes and legal requirements are met while providing timely and accurate sales reports. Success in this position will be measured by the quality of your communication, your ability to solve problems effectively, and the accuracy of reporting to support the overall sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with compliance and quality assurance teams to resolve workflow barriers and ensure requirements are met.
- Provide daily, weekly, and ad hoc revenue and data reporting to sales teams.
- Review sales data reports, resolve discrepancies, and escalate as needed.
- Coordinate with sales teams to address and resolve ad copy issues.
- Support sales team initiatives with presentation materials and special projects.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of related experience or training.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with internal teams and clients.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
