We are seeking a hands-on Product Marketing professional to join a growing B2B SaaS company. This role will support a period of concentrated product releases and will focus on product launches, positioning and messaging, and sales enablement.

The ideal candidate is a strong individual contributor who can quickly understand a product, translate features into compelling customer value, and independently produce high-quality marketing and sales content.

Product Launches

• Own go-to-market execution for scheduled product and feature launches.
• Develop launch plans, timelines, cross-functional checklists, and communications.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams to coordinate launches.
• Create release notes, customer emails, in-app messaging, and help-center content.
• Track launch adoption and gather post-launch feedback.

Positioning & Messaging

• Develop and refine product positioning and messaging.
• Translate product capabilities into clear customer-facing value propositions.
• Tailor messaging for different customer segments and personas.
• Collaborate with Sales and customer-facing teams to validate and improve messaging.
• Maintain consistent product messaging across marketing and sales materials.

Sales Enablement

• Create sales enablement materials including battlecards, one-pagers, pitch decks, and objection-handling guides.
• Develop product narratives and demo messaging that support sales conversations.
• Partner with Sales leadership to identify content gaps and prioritize materials.
• Conduct short enablement sessions to introduce new materials to the sales team.

• 1-3 years of Product Marketing experience, preferably in-house.
• Experience marketing B2B SaaS/software products to business customers.
• Demonstrated experience owning or executing product launches from planning through launch.
• Strong experience with product positioning and messaging.
• Experience creating sales enablement content, such as battlecards, one-pagers, presentations, or sales playbooks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify complex product concepts.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment and collaborating cross-functionally.
• Ability to ramp quickly and deliver meaningful work within the first few weeks.

• Previous contract or consulting Product Marketing experience.
• Experience with vertical SaaS, marketplaces, hospitality, travel, property management, or field-service software.
• Experience marketing products to SMB or franchise businesses.
• Experience with AI-powered products or features.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools.
• Experience working in a sales-assisted SaaS environment.

We are looking for a hands-on Product Marketer, not a strategy-only consultant. The successful candidate will be comfortable taking ownership of deliverables, writing content, coordinating launches, partnering with Sales and Product, and producing high-quality work with limited day-to-day direction.
