We are hiring Transition Support Specialists to join a large, nationally recognized financial services organization. You'll receive hands-on training and then travel throughout the U.S. supporting financial professionals and their teams during important business transitions.
No extensive banking background required! We're looking for smart, motivated professionals who are organized, comfortable learning new processes, and excited about the opportunity to travel.

You'll travel to different locations throughout the country and help teams successfully transition their business and client accounts onto a new platform.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting new account openings and client asset transfers
- Preparing and processing account documentation
- Reviewing paperwork for accuracy and completeness
- Working directly with financial professionals and their support teams
- Tracking multiple requests and deadlines
- Learning financial services processes, systems, and procedures
- Providing hands-on support and guidance during transitions
- Assisting remotely with transition activities when you aren't traveling
