Role Description The Financial Services Support Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Appleton, WI. This role provides day-to-day support to financial advisors and clients by responding to inquiries, resolving service issues, and ensuring accurate processing of account-related requests. The specialist collaborates with advisors and internal teams to handle documentation, follow up on client requests, and maintain detailed records in firm systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting basic technical issues related to account access or online platforms, monitoring service queues, and prioritizing tasks to meet service-level expectations.
