Order Support Specialist
Contract-to-Hire
Location: Lake Forest, CA | Fully Onsite
Pay Range: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour(Based off experience)
Overview:
The Order Support Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end order process for Major Accounts, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with contract requirements. In addition to coordinating with the national dealer network on delivery and installation of equipment, this role provides proactive, customer-focused support to internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately process Major Account orders and maintain order records in compliance with company policies and contract requirements.
Coordinate with the national dealer network to confirm delivery and installation of equipment.
Provide proactive support and communication to internal teams and external partners regarding order status, delivery timelines, and issue resolution.
Ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing a high volume of orders while maintaining compliance with deadlines.
Utilize Excel and ERP systems (Oracle preferred) to track, manage, and update order data.
Deliver excellent support in a fast-paced environment through superior organization, attention to detail, and consistent follow-up.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support the operations team.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of increasingly responsible customer service or order support experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in order processing, preferably within a technical or manufacturing industry.
Strong data entry and organizational skills with a proven ability to handle multiple priorities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; Oracle ERP experience a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
