As a Corporate Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers to develop effective hiring strategies, source qualified candidates, and successfully fill critical positions. You will serve as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process, providing market insights, recruiting expertise, and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting activities from requisition kickoff through offer acceptance and onboarding transition.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs, hiring priorities, and candidate requirements.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to assess qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
- Present qualified candidates and provide recommendations based on hiring criteria and market intelligence.
- Coordinate and facilitate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and hiring team feedback.
- Guide hiring managers through the selection process while ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience.
- Manage offer development, compensation discussions, negotiations, and offer presentation activities.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting metrics within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Track recruiting performance, identify trends, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws, company policies, and equal employment opportunity guidelines.
- Support employer branding initiatives and talent acquisition process improvements.
- Contribute to workforce planning efforts and strategic recruiting initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- 5 years of corporate recruiting experience with responsibility for full-cycle recruitment.
- Demonstrated success recruiting professional-level talent across multiple business functions.
- Strong sourcing skills with experience leveraging a variety of recruiting channels and tools.
- Experience managing a high-volume requisition load while maintaining quality and responsiveness.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers, business leaders, and candidates.
- Knowledge of recruiting best practices, compensation discussions, offer negotiations, and employment regulations.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing technologies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

- Background supporting professional, operational, customer-facing, technical, leadership, or corporate functions.
