Job Title- Transition Support Specialist
Location- St Louis MO
Pay rate- $20/hr
Contract to Hire
- Travel nationwide to advisor offices to support transitions (up to 90% travel)
- Assist with opening client accounts and transferring client assets
- Prepare and process documentation required for account setup and transitions
- Work directly with financial advisors and their teams onsite
- Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and compliant
- Support and train client associates on processes once established in the role
- When not traveling, assist with remote transition work (account setup, documentation, etc.)
- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth, timely transitions
Travel & Training Details:
- Up to 90% travel required; assignments may last multiple weeks at a time
- Return home on weekends
- Flights and hotels are booked directly by Client
- Meals are expensed and reimbursed
Training:
- 4 weeks of onsite training in St. Louis, MO starting May
- Weekend travel home is covered by Client, or candidates can choose to stay and have the hotel covered

- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume, process-driven work
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively
- Strong communication skills and professional presence when working onsite
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Backgrounds:
- Banking, financial services, or brokerage experience
- Recent graduates open to travel-heavy roles
