Pay rate - 20 - 22/hr

Description: Job Overview:
The Administrative Assistant is the first point of contact for clients and callers, ensuring a welcoming and delightful experience. This role involves managing the front desk, providing administrative support to the financial advisors, and facilities effective communication across the organization.
Responsibilities:
•Greet and welcome clients, ensuring a positive first impression.
•Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and messages.
•Manage scheduling, contact lists, and appointment coordination.
•Perform administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, data entry, and document archiving (both physically and digitally).
•Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
•Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
•Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
•Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations.
•Support meeting room bookings and logistics.
•Assist with operational needs, internal communication and help execute client facing events.
•Contribute to marketing efforts including client communication, social media support, and promotional materials.
•Complete ad-hoc projects and tasks as requested.
