A global industry leader is seeking an Employee Relations & Compliance Analyst to join its Human Resources organization and support critical ethics, compliance, employee relations, and workplace integrity initiatives. This highly visible role offers the opportunity to work across HR, Legal, Compliance, Audit, and Risk functions while helping drive programs that promote ethical decision-making, employee trust, and organizational accountability.

What You'll Do- Support the administration of a confidential employee reporting and case management program.
- Review, monitor, and follow up on employee concerns, workplace issues, and compliance-related reports.
- Conduct trend analysis and reporting to identify emerging risks and organizational insights.
- Partner with HR, Compliance, Legal, and business stakeholders on investigations, reviews, and remediation efforts.
- Support employee awareness campaigns, compliance communications, and integrity initiatives.
- Manage reporting tools, compliance systems, and case documentation.
- Track completion of required training programs and annual certifications.
- Prepare presentations, dashboards, and executive-ready reporting.
- Assist with special projects focused on workplace culture, ethics, compliance, and risk mitigation.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, Compliance, Finance, Legal Studies, Risk Management, Auditing, or a related field.
- Experience supporting employee relations, compliance, investigations, audit, legal, HR, or risk functions.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
- Experience working with case management systems, investigations, employee concerns, compliance programs, or workplace reporting processes is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
- Gain exposure to executive-level compliance, employee relations, and workplace integrity initiatives.
- Work cross-functionally with HR, Legal, Compliance, Audit, and Risk leaders.
- Develop experience in investigations, case management, governance, and organizational risk programs.
