What You’ll Be Doing:

• Take inbound calls from customers and assist with questions related to financial accounts
• Provide clear, professional support while resolving issues and answering questions
• Use multiple systems to research and document customer interactions
• Deliver a positive customer experience in a fast-paced, team environment
• Learn industry tools, processes, and best practices through hands-on training

What We’re Looking For:

• Bilingual in Spanish & English (highly preferred)
• 6 months of customer service experience (call center, retail, hospitality, etc.)
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Reliable, coachable, and motivated to grow professionally
