What You’ll Be Doing
This is not your typical customer service role. You’ll act as a strategic partner to both customers and internal teams, ensuring products move efficiently from order to delivery while identifying ways to improve the process along the way.
- Own the end-to-end order lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a seamless customer experience
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for key accounts, proactively managing issues and building strong relationships
- Partner closely with Sales, Planning, Logistics, and Finance to align on demand, promotions, and product availability
- Investigate and resolve challenges related to orders, shipping, invoicing, and returns
- Analyze performance across key metrics like service levels, inventory, and forecast accuracy
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and scorecards to provide visibility into performance trends
- Identify inefficiencies and lead process improvements that enhance service and reduce operational friction

What We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in customer operations, supply chain, logistics, or similar role in the Consumer Packaged Goods Space
- Previous experience partnering with large big box retailers
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights and action
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP a plus), Power BI, or similar reporting platforms
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex issues clearly and build trust quickly
- Someone who is naturally curious, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
