Job Title: Creative Project Manager - Marketing
Location: Stamford, CT
Schedule: Monday- Friday | 4 days onsite, 1 day remote
Pay Rate: $45-$60/hr
About the Role:
The Creative Project Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the production of creative assets across all media platforms (TV, digital, audio), sales collateral, and content development for the marketing team. This position combines operational excellence with creative project oversight, ensuring that the team delivers high-quality work efficiently and on schedule.
The ideal candidate is an organized project manager with experience coordinating marketing teams, managing workflows, and collaborating with internal and external partners, including agencies. Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com, Trello, or Jira is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Coordinate projects, track timelines, identify blockers, and provide regular status updates across teams.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and deadlines to ensure all deliverables meet quality standards.
Serve as the primary liaison between the creative team and other departments to facilitate clear communication.
Organize and participate in team meetings, prepare agendas, and document notes as needed.
Facilitate collaboration among internal team members and external partners to achieve project goals.
Manage project intake, resourcing, purchase orders, and invoicing.
Creative Strategy:
Partner with media and internal strategy teams to define execution needs and evaluate creative plan effectiveness.
Monitor industry and competitive trends to inform creative direction.
Develop tactical marketing approaches aligned with brand strategy and sales initiatives.
Guide messaging for brand and product initiatives.
Creative Execution:
Collaborate with internal media teams and external agencies to ensure timely and high-quality creative production.
Ensure all deliverables meet media specifications and industry best practices.
Support asset delivery and media trafficking processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
Proven experience coordinating marketing teams and creative projects.
Strong knowledge of integrated media, marketing principles, and the creative process.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback.
Ability to efficiently manage resources, prioritize tasks, and drive team productivity.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com, Trello, Jira.
Experience approving Statements of Work (SOWs) and managing vendor or agency partnerships.
Strong organizational skills, with a focus on operational excellence.
PMP certification or equivalent project management experience preferred.
Salary : $45 - $60
