Job Summary
The Manager - Digital Creative Marketing is responsible for leading digital marketing initiatives and overseeing the creative development of online campaigns and websites from concept through execution and post-campaign analysis. This role focuses on driving online sales, improving customer acquisition and migration, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across digital platforms. The position collaborates closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to execute high-impact, data-driven marketing strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns, including creative development, launch, optimization, and performance analysis
- Manage website initiatives from inception to post-campaign reporting and insights generation
- Drive online revenue growth, customer acquisition, and operational efficiency across digital channels
- Collaborate with internal teams (media, strategy, sales) and external agencies to translate marketing strategies into effective digital creatives
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms, including websites, campaigns, and partner channels
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies to improve conversion rates and customer experience
- Develop and maintain campaign calendars, managing timelines, deliverables, and version control
- Lead A/B testing and campaign experimentation to improve marketing effectiveness
- Manage agency relationships, including execution of social media campaigns, promotions, contests, and sweepstakes
- Act as a liaison between creative, marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence
- Present campaign results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in digital marketing or creative development (online campaigns/websites)
- 3 years of project or program management experience
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
- Expertise in social media platforms and digital campaign execution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance tracking and optimization
- Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions
- Strong communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels
- Strategic thinking combined with attention to detail
- Experience in consumer technology, telecommunications, or related industries
- Prior agency experience
- 2 years of team leadership or management experience
- Familiarity with brand management and voice consistency
- Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
