- 3 years of project management experience in a digital agency or in-house marketing/ecommerce environment
- Hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms such as BigCommerce, Shopify, or Webflow — understanding of site maintenance workflows, staging environments, and deployment protocols
- Familiarity with fintech or financial services clients; comfort working with brands where compliance, privacy, and security considerations affect project scope
- Strong grasp of digital marketing workstreams including SEO/GEO, content development, social asset production, and conversion optimization
- Experience managing retainer-based engagements with perpetual backlogs, monthly planning cadences, and evolving priorities
- Skilled at facilitating client-facing planning sessions and weekly status meetings, keeping stakeholders aligned and decisions unblocked
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate technical updates for non-technical clients and vice versa
- Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, ActiveCollab, or similar)
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent client accounts without dropping balls
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
