Our client, a Series A healthtech company is hiring a highly organized, detail-driven operator to support day-to-day execution across field and commercial teams. This is a hands-on role focused on coordination, logistics, and keeping initiatives running smoothly.

Compensation: $60k-80k/year
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, and follow-ups
- Manage logistics for field activities, including materials and shipments
- Support execution of marketing campaigns and field initiatives
- Track and manage CRM data, reporting, and performance metrics
- Assist with personalized communications to external stakeholders
- Improve processes and ensure operational efficiency across teams
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years in operations, sales/marketing support, or similar
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- CRM experience preferred
- Strong communication and Excel/Google Sheets skills
