Key Responsibilities- Manage and enhance the plant's financial performance, including balance sheet and P&L oversight.
- Direct capital investments to optimize returns and manage risks.
- Prepare and execute budgets to drive the division's value.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to meet ambitious targets.
- Foster customer relationships to deliver exceptional solutions.
- Craft and implement a clear business strategy aligned with global objectives.
- Ensure successful product launches with a focus on quality and financial success.
- Lead by example, overseeing plant operations and supporting departments.
- Develop a motivated workforce through strategic planning and development.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Minimum of eight years of leadership experience in manufacturing, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Proven success in navigating complex automotive markets.
- Expertise in financial management, program leadership, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and negotiation skills.
