Machine Operator – 1st & 2nd Shift
Location: Rockford, MI
Pay: $17.50/hour
Schedule- 1st Shift: 3:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM
- 12-hour shifts
We are seeking dependable Machine Operators to join a fast-paced manufacturing team producing automotive seating components. This position is responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring product quality, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. No previous machine operating experience is required—training is provided for motivated candidates with a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to meet production goals.
- Load materials and remove finished products from machines.
- Perform routine quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
- Follow work instructions and safety procedures at all times.
- Identify and report equipment issues or production concerns to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Accurately complete production paperwork and documentation.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
- Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout a 12-hour shift.
- Capable of lifting up to 35 pounds as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
