Job Summary
Are you looking for a hands-on manufacturing position with a stable and growing company? We are seeking motivated Assemblers to join our production team. In this role, you will assemble door and window components, operate basic production equipment, perform quality inspections, and help ensure products meet customer specifications.
No previous assembly experience is required—we provide training for candidates with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to learn.
Responsibilities
- Assemble door and window components according to work instructions and production specifications.
- Use hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and assembly equipment safely and effectively.
- Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Read and follow production schedules, work orders, and assembly instructions.
- Package completed products for shipment.
- Identify and report quality concerns, equipment issues, or material shortages.
- Maintain production records and documentation as required.
- Support team goals by meeting daily production and quality targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Good attendance and reliability.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Preferred Skills
- Assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with measuring tools such as tape measures and rulers.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices.
