HVAC Assembler
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assemblers to join our HVAC manufacturing team. Assemblers will build and install components used in commercial and industrial HVAC systems by following blueprints, work instructions, and production specifications.
This is a hands-on manufacturing position that is a great fit for candidates with experience in mechanical assembly, electrical assembly, HVAC, construction, automotive, or general manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Assemble HVAC units, components, and subassemblies according to blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
- Install components such as motors, fans, coils, filters, ductwork, panels, wiring, brackets, insulation, and hardware.
- Use hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and other manufacturing equipment.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
- Measure, position, align, and secure components to ensure proper fit and function.
- Install and route electrical wiring and components as required.
- Fasten components using screws, bolts, rivets, clamps, and other hardware.
- Perform drilling, cutting, trimming, fastening, and other basic fabrication tasks as needed.
- Inspect completed assemblies for proper installation, fit, appearance, and overall quality.
- Identify defective components or assembly issues and perform necessary corrections or rework.
- Follow established production processes and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate production paperwork and documentation.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and workstations in clean and organized condition.
- Assist with material handling and moving components throughout the production area.
- Work with team members to meet daily production schedules and quality requirements.
- Follow all company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and OSHA guidelines.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, or construction experience preferred.
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and basic drawings.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot assembly issues.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn new processes, tools, and equipment.

Physical Requirements
