Talent Stack LLC is seeking experienced US based contract recruiters to support the sourcing of semi and box truck drivers for logistics and transportation companies nationwide. This role is focused exclusively on talent sourcing and recruiting and does not involve freight brokerage, dispatching, load assignment, or rate negotiation.
Role Summary
The Driver Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, screening, and qualifying professional drivers to meet client-defined requirements. Recruiters are compensated on a per-driver placement basis, with a defined placement guarantee of 60 days.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified semi and box truck drivers, connecting with logistics companies
- Build and manage recruiting pipelines for logistics-focused clients
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to confirm:
- Experience and eligibility
- Availability and interest
- Professional communication and reliability
- Ensure candidates meet baseline requirements prior to submission
- Maintain clear documentation and timely follow-up throughout the recruiting process
- Coordinate candidate handoff to Talent Stack for onboarding support
This role is strictly limited to recruiting activities.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience recruiting CDL and/or non-CDL drivers, or touch labor in a similar volume recruiting background
- 5 years of progressive recruiting background
- Bachelor's degree preferred OR equivalent work experience
- Background recruiting for logistics or transportation companies
- Experience with high-volume driver sourcing OR similar touch labor recruiting
- Familiarity with 1099 / independent contractor recruiting
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
- Ability to work independently and meet placement expectations
