Job Title: Senior Systems Integration & Test Engineer

Clearance Level: Active and transferrable TS/SCI (Polygraph eligibility required)
Salary: $160k–$185k Based on skills and qualifications

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Systems Integration & Test Engineer to support system integration, test execution, debugging, and automated testing for complex ground systems in an Agile development environment.
Responsibilities
• Support integration and test activities within an Agile Release Train
• Troubleshoot software and hardware integration issues
• Develop and execute automated test scripts
• Conduct regression and functional testing
• Validate system performance in lab and field test environments
• Debug system-level issues within CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in systems integration and testing in Agile and CI/CD environments
• Experience with regression testing, automation tools, and debugging
• Linux (Red Hat), Python, and/or Perl proficiency
• Active TS/SCI clearance; Polygraph eligibility required
Preferred Skills
• Satellite Ground Systems experience
• Cucumber, Gherkin, SoapUI, Zephyr
