We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Driver Recruiter to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring CDL Drivers. You will utilize various recruitment tools and techniques to ensure a smooth hiring process while maintaining positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Recruit Class A company drivers, Owner Operations, and Licensed Motor Carriers
Locate potential employees who meet DOT and company standards
Pre-screen potential applicants to ensure they meet DOT and Company standards
Inform applicants about our operations and the benefits we offer
Utilize social media platforms and other search engines to generate leads
Onboard applicants with a Complete DOT DQ file
Onboard new employees to become fully integrated
Schedule driver orientations and road tests
Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the Driver Recruitment Manager
Other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
3 years of experience in CDL A driver recruiting.
1 years of experience in research and sourcing to identify potential candidates.
High school diploma or equivalent, Associates degree a plus.
Familiarity with TenStreet is highly preferred.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information and build relationships with diverse individuals.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Strong decision-making skills
