Job Details

  • Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 07:30am - 06:00pm
  • No on-call or weekend shifts
  • Start Date: Late June/Early July

Qualifications

  • ASCP HTL certification required
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Physical, Biological, or Clinical Laboratory Science or ASCP registry as HT or HTL
  • 2 years of experience in a hospital clinical laboratory

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and complex histology procedures for pathology diagnosis
  • Assist in the pathology grossing area
  • Participate in general maintenance of the histopathology laboratory

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with additive fixatives, core biopsies, curettings, decalcification, excision specimens, and formalin
  • Experience in commercial or reference laboratories

Note: Flu vaccination is required for all travelers.

Salary : $35 - $38
