This is not a data analyst role while data interpretation and storytelling are important, the primary focus is on hardware lifecycle coordination, asset tracking, vendor alignment, and operational execution.

Work Location & Model:
- Hybrid role (2-3 days onsite per week)
- Candidates must be based in one of the following locations: Wayzata, Minnesota Or Atlanta, Georgia
- Not open to fully remote candidates

- Client Devices Team: :20 members
- Asset Management Sub-Team: 3 members
- Coordinate and manage the hardware lifecycle across enterprise devices
- Support execution of a large-scale hardware refresh program (80,000 devices)
- Ensure smooth flow of hardware orders and inventory from vendors
- Work extensively within ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
- Collaborate with Internal IT teams, End users across various roles (plant workers, admins, etc.) & External vendors and suppliers
- Assist in forecasting hardware demand and aligning refresh cycles with business needs
- Partner with procurement teams to coordinate purchase orders (POs)
- Track and manage asset data to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Identify potential bottlenecks and proactively resolve supply chain or inventory issues
- Interpret data and tell a clear story using numbers to drive decisions
- (Optional) Support creation of dashboards if experienced (e.g., Power BI)
- 4-6 years of relevant experience (mid-level; not senior-heavy profiles)
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, preferably Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
- Strong attention to detail and operational accuracy
- Ability to analyze numbers and derive insights (not pure analytics role)
- Solid understanding of hardware fundamentals, including CPUs, RAM, Storage & General device specifications - (Configuration expertise not required)
- Background in PC/hardware refresh programs or supply chain coordination
- Experience in hardware lifecycle management and coordination
- Ability to understand impact across different user groups (e.g., plant workers, corporate staff)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to take direction and execute independently
- Hardware-focused experience (software exposure is a plus)
- Experience with Power BI or similar dashboarding tools
- ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management certifications
- Exposure to enterprise-scale IT asset environments
- Seamless execution of hardware refresh cycles without disruption
- Accurate asset tracking and reporting within ServiceNow
- Strong coordination between vendors, procurement, and internal stakeholders
- Ability to anticipate needs and proactively manage inventory flow
Salary : $50 - $55
