Join our dynamic team in a hybrid role focused on data and analytics reporting, where you''ll collaborate with various internal teams to manage hardware lifecycle coordination and asset management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the lifecycle management of hardware, ensuring seamless order flow from vendors.
• Maintain and update the asset management system, effectively communicating with internal teams and end users.
• Forecast and refresh inventory to align with project goals, collaborating with the procurement team for purchase orders.
• Contribute to data visualization efforts by assisting in building dashboards, if experienced.
• Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
  
  

<>Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in hardware lifecycle coordination or asset management.
• Proficiency in using ServiceNow, particularly the Hardware Asset Management tool.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and ask insightful questions.
• Detail-oriented with a solid understanding of basic hardware specifications.
• Ability to work independently while following instructions and executing tasks effectively.
  
  

<>Preferred Skills

• Experience with PowerBI for data visualization and reporting.
• Familiarity with hardware certifications and supply chain processes.
• Knowledge of software applications related to data management.
