What you’ll be doing:
- Provide specialized neonatal intensive care to critically ill newborns
- Deliver patient-focused care in a collaborative NICU environment
- Monitor, assess, and respond to neonatal patient needs
- Partner closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Support families through education, communication, and compassionate care
- Maintain compliance with hospital and nursing care standards
What they’re looking for:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active Washington RN license required upon hire
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association required upon hire
- NRP certification required within 90 days of hire
- At least 1 year of nursing experience
- NICU experience preferred
Salary : $79,000 - $159,000
