What you will be doing:
- Identify dealer network training needs and develop scalable, targeted learning solutions.
- Deliver and manage training across diesel engine and electrification product lines, driving technical performance and service quality.
- Design training materials, assessments, and digital learning tools to modernize delivery.
- Track training participation, certification status, and readiness for new product introductions.
- Lead flagship initiatives such as Train-the-Trainer and the Technical Support Seminar across North America.
- Produce and maintain troubleshooting guides, instructional videos, and technical bulletins.
- Support the After Sales team with technical knowledge management, issue tracking, and continuous improvement of support resources.
Experience you will need:
- Proven experience in technical training or instructional delivery, ideally within the heavy-duty, engine, or OEM sector.
- Strong technical understanding of Scania systems or comparable platforms.
- Expertise in instructional design, facilitation, and training strategy.
- Highly organized, structured, and confident managing multiple stakeholders and initiatives.
- Proficiency with digital training tools, Microsoft Office, and LMS platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to adapt training methods to diverse learner profiles and experience levels.
- High school diploma required; technical certifications or post-secondary education preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in training program delivery, technical field support, or after-sales enablement.
