Set sales targets and forecasts for regions and products
Create and implement a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expenses
Monitor market conditions, customer demand, and competitor activities
Adjust pricing based on cost, demand, and competition
Achieve assigned sales targets and goals
Set individual targets for sales team members
Track sales performance and prepare reports
Manage and monitor the performance of the sales team
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation
Provide ongoing training and development for the sales team
Motivate and guide team members through coaching and product training
Promote company products and services in the market
Understand customer needs and align them with product offerings
Support overall team objectives and complete assigned tasks
