3 days in office (NYC office opening Q1 until then remote)
Our client, an innovative AI software company, is seeking Connect Program Managers to help scale and deliver world-class connectivity experiences for customers across the globe.

What You'll Do
Coordinate across Customer Success, Operations, Engineering, and external vendors (ISPs, riser companies, property managers) to deliver seamless internet installations
Manage connectivity deployments ranging from single-site installations to large-scale, multi-country enterprise rollouts
Collaborate with offshore fulfillment teams to ensure efficiency, consistency, and customer readiness
Identify friction points and develop process improvements, playbooks, and standard operating procedures to scale operations globally
Use data and systems thinking to improve velocity, reduce touchpoints, and maintain high service standards

Who You Are
1 to 4 years of experience in operations or program management, ideally in a startup or consulting environment (e.g., Deloitte)
Proven success in improving customer-facing fulfillment processes and tooling
Experience managing complex projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
Bachelor's degree required
Excellent communicator able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
A proactive self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and loves building from scratch
Bonus Experience
Background in healthtech, fintech, or infrastructure-related startups
Experience in hardware or physical network deployments
Familiarity with project management tools (Airtable, Monday, etc.)
