We are looking for a Road Mechanic/Technician to perform preventive maintenance, diagnose, and perform advanced repairs on equipment at customer locations. Our fleet varies by location but primarily includes Aerial Work Platforms, general construction tools, and specialty lines such as large-scale power generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil/gas equipment.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or GED required; some trade school or equivalent training desired
1-2 years of mechanic experience with diesel equipment, heavy construction equipment, or specialty equipment strongly preferred
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record (21 years old; CDL may be required in some locations)
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
May need to provide personal mechanic tools
Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems and troubleshooting fundamentals
Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required depending on location
Physical Demands:
Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 lbs or more
Work indoors and outdoors as required
