We're partnering with a rapidly growing vacation rental management company seeking a driven Sales Representative to expand its presence throughout Sarasota and Manatee County. This is a true hunter role designed for someone who enjoys networking, developing partnerships, and helping property owners maximize the value of their vacation rental investments.
What You'll Be Doing
- Prospect and generate new business through networking, referrals, community outreach, and strategic relationship development.
- Build and maintain partnerships with real estate agents, brokers, investors, and industry professionals.
- Meet directly with property owners to present vacation rental management solutions.
- Conduct property tours, consultations, and in-person sales presentations.
- Manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities from initial outreach through signed agreements.
- Maintain accurate activity, forecasts, and pipeline management within HubSpot CRM.
- Represent the company at local networking events, industry functions, and community organizations.
- Partner with internal operations teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of sales experience in one or more of the following:
- Vacation Rentals
- Short-Term Rentals (STR)
- Hospitality
- Real Estate
- Proven ability to generate new business through prospecting and relationship-based selling.
- Strong consultative sales approach with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to independently manage a territory.
- Comfortable spending time in the field meeting clients and attending networking events.
- Must currently reside in Sarasota or Manatee County, Florida.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary up to $60,000
- First-Year OTE: $120,000
- Top Performers: $150,000
