We’re hiring: Construction Project Manager/Coordinator – Technology Infrastructure
Our client is experiencing rapid growth! They’ve more than doubled revenue over the past three years, and the project pipeline keeps accelerating.
As they enter a high-volume execution phase, they’re looking for a hands-on Construction Project Manager to help bring structure, consistency, and scalability to their projects.
This role is NOT for software or IT-only PMs.
We’re specifically looking for someone with real construction and jobsite experience who is comfortable managing multiple active projects in the field.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage 20–30 concurrent construction projects ($500K–$2M )
- Coordinate field technicians, subcontractors, and vendors
- Track schedules, budgets, materials, and milestones
- Be present on jobsites as needed
- Use tools like Fieldwire (required) and JetBuilt
- Help document and improve PM processes as the department scales
- Bring structure and repeatability to a fast-growing environment
What our client is looking for:
- 3–5 years of construction Project Management experience
- Strong jobsite and field operations background
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Organized, communicative, team-first mindset
- Low-voltage, cabling, fiber, or access control experience
- Comfortable in a high-growth, high-volume environment
Nice to have:
- Hands-on experience with Fieldwire
- Electrical or GC background
- Procore / Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Process-oriented mindset
Location & Work Model:
- Lewes, Delaware (or within ~1 hour commute)
- Hybrid role – typically 70% onsite / 30% remote
- Site visits required
