Product Support Specialist (Inside Sales Support)
Location: Irving, TX (Onsite)
Compensation: $65,000–$80,000 base salary performance-based bonus (estimated earning potential up to $90,000 )
We are partnering with a well-established and growing manufacturer in the building materials industry to identify a Product Support Specialist who will play a critical role in supporting the Sales organization and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
This position serves as the primary connection between customers, outside sales representatives, operations, manufacturing, and logistics to ensure orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently from entry through delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding orders, product availability, shipping updates, and general inquiries.
- Support Outside Sales Representatives by ensuring customer requests and orders are handled promptly.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Resolve order discrepancies and customer concerns professionally while maintaining ownership until resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer and order information within ERP and CRM systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Inside Sales, Customer Success, Order Management, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Experience processing customer orders in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
- Experience using CRM software (HubSpot preferred; Salesforce or similar accepted).
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
- Customer-focused mindset with a strong sense of urgency.
- Coachable, collaborative, and eager to learn.
Preferred
- Experience within building materials, manufacturing, distribution, construction, or industrial products.
- Knowledge of construction terminology or building products.
- HubSpot CRM and/or Infor Sightline ERP experience.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
- Previous Inside Sales experience.

Working Conditions
