What You'll Do
As the General Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of the dispensary by leading people, driving profitability, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Your responsibilities include:

Lead all day-to-day dispensary operations while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership team and dispensary staff.

Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top talent while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.

Drive sales performance and consistently achieve key business objectives and KPIs.

Own the financial performance of the dispensary, including payroll forecasting, labor management, budgeting, expense control, and P&L accountability.

Analyze business trends and implement strategies that maximize revenue, improve operational efficiency, and enhance profitability.

Ensure compliance with all company policies, state cannabis regulations, and applicable laws.

Maintain accurate inventory through effective inventory management, auditing, and loss prevention practices.

Foster a culture centered on safety, compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Monitor staffing needs and create schedules that balance customer demand with financial objectives.

Collaborate with corporate partners and senior leadership to successfully execute company initiatives.

Complete operational reporting, administrative responsibilities, and required documentation accurately and on time

5 years of progressive leadership experience, preferably in retail management.

Supervisory Responsibilities
This position directly supervises dispensary leadership and team members. Responsibilities include recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, corrective action, succession planning, professional development, and, when necessary, separation decisions. The General Manager is expected to build and maintain a high-performing team that consistently achieves operational and financial goals while fostering an inclusive, engaging, and accountable workplace culture.
