Regional General Manager (Operations & P&L)
About Our Client
I am partnering with a premier, rapidly growing manufacturer and distributor of high-performance metal building systems and construction materials to help them find their next operational leader. Serving commercial contractors, architects, and residential markets across the United States, they operate a robust network of regional facilities that seamlessly blend manufacturing, precision inventory logistics, and customer-facing operations.
As they actively expand their market footprint, we are looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial Regional General Manager to take full operational and financial ownership of a key multi-site territory.
Position Overview
The Regional General Manager (RGM) is a high-visibility, high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations. Acting as the true "business owner" of your region, you will oversee multi-site operations, manage full P&L performance, and lead a dedicated team across manufacturing, warehousing, and sales support.
If you are an operational strategist who thrives on the floor, speaks the language of the construction industry, and loves building structure and accountability, this role offers immense autonomy and a direct path to executive mentorship.
