🛠️ What You’ll Do
- 🏡 Meet homeowners at their properties to assess roofing needs
- 🪜 Climb ladders, walk roofs, and perform basic inspections (training provided)
- 🎯 Guide customers through a proven sales process
- ✨ Build trust and deliver an outstanding customer experience
- 📱 Manage leads and follow-ups through our CRM
- 🤝 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
🧠 What We’re Looking For
- 📈 2 years of experience in sales OR strong customer-facing roles (retail, hospitality, etc.)
- 🗣️ Highly personable, confident, and comfortable talking to homeowners
- 🚀 Coachable with a strong desire to earn and grow
- 🧗 Comfortable working outdoors and at heights (ladders, roofs, attics)
- 🪪 Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
💵 Compensation & Perks
- 💰 $55K base uncapped commission bonuses
- 🚀 Year 1 OTE: $100K
- 📈 Year 2 : $150K | Year 3 : $200K
